The staff is mixed, Russians, Egyptians, Morrocans and some Filipinos
The room is small but modern and clean. You get to make Coffee and tea in the room and two complementary

Breakfast is usually included in the room rate. You get a decent buffet type breakfast. The breakfast room is separated between smoking and non-smoking.
The floors are separated between smoking and non smoking. Each floor has a lounge with a 42" plasma TV which is nice if you are in a group. Room service is available and the kitchen is good, however the menu is a bit pricey and limited
There is also a gym, a decent outdoor pool, and a small pub downstairs. The pub is not very busy though. They offer Internet service in the room with cable Ethernet however it is not free. They have a hourly and daily charge. In 2007, the daily charge for internet was 50 Dhs

- Room is modern but small
- Quiet area means no shopping, grocery or pharmacy in walking distance
- Can get pretty crowded in peak season
