What you need to know is that with Dubai's traffic and transportation issues, this hotel is only recommended if your business takes you to the Bur dubai area.
With Russian, CIS and moroccan/other ladies present at the bars, this hotel is definitely not recommended for family vacations or family travel
Expect heavy delays if you are trying to cross the Maktoom bridge to go Deira or Sharjah . Medium delays to be expected if you going to Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed road or the Internet City/Media City. Expect Taxi tolls to be very expensive if you are going anywhere but areas within BurDubai
